Therefore, we must always strictly control the processing temperature, circulating heating and heat dissipation conditions (such as spray cooling), especially the larger varieties of rings after the final forging, temperature at 700 ℃ above, must not accumulate in place.
2, heat treatment: Close monitoring of heat treatment equipment is an important work of the workshop. Monitor the reliability of the equipment. The instrument, thermocouple and other important thermostat must be closely monitored to ensure accurate and reliable measurement data;
3, grinding process monitoring. The existence of grinding burn and grinding cracks is not permitted in finished bearing rings, especially in the mating surfaces of the inner ring screwdriver. If the ring after pickling should be carried out full inspection, the removal of burn products, serious burns can not be repaired or rework unqualified should be scrapped, do not allow grinding burn rings into the assembly process.
4, logo management, steel warehousing to ring grinding, the process must be strictly managed, strictly distinguish between GCr15 and GCr15SiMn two different materials and products.
