Precautions For Bearing Installation

1, the installation of the bearings do not allow drilling, groove, chamfer, car end. Otherwise, it is easy to cause deformation of bearing rings, influence bearing precision and life span, while cutting off metal easily enters the working surface of bearing, accelerating the abrasion of raceway and rolling body, causing premature damage to bearing.


2, the installation does not allow the use of hand hammer direct beating bearing rings. The base end of the bearing is facing the shaft and shoulder mounting. The base end of the bearing is distinguished according to the bearing end face. Deep Groove ball bearings, self-aligning ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, self-aligning roller bearings and needle roller bearings, with no word end of the base surface; angular contact ball bearings and tapered roller bearings to have a character end face as a datum plane.


3, the installation of pressure should be added in the installation of an interference fit on the end of the ring, that is mounted on the shaft, the pressure should be added to the bearing inner ring end surface; the pressure should be added to the outer ring end of the bearing when mounting the bearing seat Cogne. It is not permitted to pass through the scroll body and keep the passing pressure.


4, for the inner ring for tight coordination, the outer ring is a sliding bearing, the installation, the non-separable type should first put the bearings on the shaft, and then the shaft together with the bearings in the housing holes in the shell; the separable type, the inner and outer rings can be individually mounted.


5. To prevent the bearing mounting tilt, the centerline of the mounting shaft and bearing bore must coincide. If the installation is not positive, need to reinstall, must pass through the inner ring side, the bearing pulled out.
